Excursion to the "Stachus Passagen" in Munich

A look into the dark side of the property industry - no daylight and action

We recently explored the "Stachus Passagen" in Munich together with the IPH Group and the students of the Real Estate Management programme at the IU International University of Applied Sciences.

Retail and infrastructure property at the same time

As part of the "Fundamentals of the property industry" module, the young talents had the opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience. The IPH Group accompanied them and provided interesting insights.

High passenger frequency included

With more than 200,000 passers-by per day, the "Stachus Passagen" are among the most frequented locations in Munich. Covering an area of 10,000 square metres, they offer a variety of retail and catering concepts. For the students, this was a welcome change from everyday life in the lecture theatre and a valuable experience in a real property environment.

Many thanks to IPH for organising the excursion and the opportunity to combine theory and practice.
